"Will not tell you about dropping discounts, then not getting them when you were supposed to, and also will let your registration lapse due to there mishap. Do not use this location"

Regarding the registration issue, the state fine was due to a requirement for the owner to notify the DMV of a vehicle sale. Although this was not an agency error, Rachel in our office spent a significant amount of time calling the state on your behalf to help resolve the situation and clear the fine.
Regarding discounts, we strive to be transparent when certain programs—like the 'Good Student' discount—are discontinued by the carrier and no longer available. We have consistently tried to go above and beyond to support you with your billing and state issues, and we wish you the best moving forward."

"Everyone was helpful and kind. We were able to switch our insurance and were offered more coverage. The agent name Breanna went line by line and compared what we currently had with what they offered. We were able to call ahead get a quote and then walk in and switch over after talking to Breanna. She reassured us if we needed any additional help she would be available. We met Cayce Wilson at the end who walked in to meet us in person. The office was clean, neat and quiet.
